Desperation sets in as Alabama Congressman calls for impeachment over Trump NFL remarks

On Tuesday Democrat Representative Al Green of Alabama went before the House of Representatives declared that next week he will call for the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

The reason he will be calling for the impeachment is due to Trump’s remarks on NFL players protests. Trump stated that any owner that said,”get that son of a bitch off the field,” in response to them kneeling during the national anthem would be a national hero.

This shows that desperation has set in with the Democrats. They fear President Trump’s agenda so much that they are grasping at straws.

Why do Democrats truly fear President Trump?

When the nation begins to witness desperate attempts to have President Trump impeached, the nation needs to ask why Democrats are so afraid. The stated reasons are likely untrue. They say Trump is a loose cannon and he is unpredictable. They say that he is likely to get the United States involved in a conflict that is unnecessary.

But in fact the exact opposite has been true up until this point in the Trump presidency. It is true that President Trump speaks in a way that does not align with former Presidents or even former and current politicians.

Trump’s speech to the United Nations last week was bold and straight forward. It was not filled with the usual measured political jargon used by former Presidents when addressing the United Nations general assembly.

What the Democrats are distracting the nation from

There are two main items on the Trump White House’s agenda. They are to repeal Obamacare and to accomplish substantiative tax reform.

On Tuesday the Republicans announced that they will not be voting on the Linsdey Graham led health care reform bill. And the hope of a substantial tax reform bill passing in this calendar year is very bleak.

So while President Trump has the right free market agenda for the country, unfortunately the Democrats have been successful in derailing that agenda.

Even if it is with distractions as trivial as President Trump’s remarks on the NFL protests.
